The location is great, right next to the Lima metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, were exceptionally kind and helpful. Having both a coffee pot and an espresso machine was a real treat, especially for someone like me who loves a good espresso early in the morning. I also appreciated the private space next to the reception for getting some work done.

The hotel was located very close to M1 Lima Metro station, which make it very accessible to get to popular places. And it is also very close to a lot of shops and restaurants, that was another plus. The room was space, cozy, and clean. One little critique was that the rom can be a bit hot in the winter. I had to open the windows sometimes. The breakfast downstairs had good variety of food options, too. Lastly, the staffs at the front desk were friendly and truly helpful. They provided good restaurants, transportation info, and tips and tricks for travelers, which made my time in Milan so much greater.

Location is perfect ( 1 minute walk from a main line direct to centre of Milan and both Exhibition Grounds) Staff were beyond helpful even in advance of my stay; advising and helping with transport to and from the airport. (ALL of ) The staff/ team continued to be helpful through the duration of my stay and seemed genuinely interested in my activities, recommended things to do and see. Received free room upgrade; despite the room being small it was modern, very well equipped and extremely clean.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was diverse, delicious and healthy. The location was also very convenient and close to metro, all sorts of shops and restaurants. Everythig we needed was promptly provided to us.

Location excellent. Within walking distance from Centrale and trains to Malpensa but a quiet road not in the middle of the busy streets. Nice restaurants and cafes just around the corner, even in the same street.

This was the best hotel I stayed in Milan An excellent location being in a quiet street and at the same time few steps from Buenos Aires Very close to the metro Very clean rooms Tasty breakfast Cheerful and helpful staff A supermarket just infront of the hotel was very nice

A very big thank you to the hotel's staff, who were very kind but also non-intrusive. The breakfast was tasty and had an array of choices. I was pleasantly surprised by the quietness of my room despite being close to Milan's center. I'll definitely want to come back here in the future!

The tree-lined street was a perfect location to relax and explore the neighborhood. I also needed to be within walking distance of the Milano Centrale train station for travel the next morning. The staff and services were very helpful. I arrived early before check-in and the front desk safely stored my bags. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

The location is the best, near to restaurants and to the metro. The reception staff who took charge of storing the luggage before check-in was very helpful and friendly especially when the room was ready, he brought the bags to the room.
