LHP Hotel Napoleon

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel during our stay in Milan, and one of the highlights was the incredible service provided by Rosa at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel truly at home. Rosa went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed; whether it was offering spot-on local recommendations, helping us find specific places, or simply greeting us each day with genuine warmth. She was efficient, thoughtful, and incredibly well informed and more like having a personal version of Google and even better right at the reception. Rosa is a real asset to the hotel, and thanks to her, our Milan experience was even more memorable. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, just a few meters from a metro station, making it very easy to access all the main city attractions. It’s also situated in a safe and elegant area, close to Milano Centrale station, but in a much quieter and more pleasant neighborhood than the immediate surroundings of the central station. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, better than what we experienced in hotels in other parts of Italy, with good variety and quality. The room was also very clean and well maintained, adding to the comfort of our stay. Highly recommend for both location and service - especially if Rosa is there! Thank you so much Rosa.. Just had 4 days in Milan and stayed at this hotel. Fantastic service, staff were so welcoming. Lovely and stylish. Very clean. We went for my Daughter's 18th birthday. The staff were amazing so attentive. Special thanks to Rosa who greeted us on our way out in the evening and served us a free bottle of prosecco with nibbles, and special thank you to the ladies who served breakfast and presented her with a muffin and a candle and sang happy birthday to her. Everyone made the stay so special. As for the hotel the location was a 2 minute walk to a main road full of shops and the Lima metro stop that was really easy to navigate to all other areas of Milan. Lovely pastry shop, mini-mart and pizza restuarant and bar right outside the hotel too. Rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily, bed nice a comfy too.

The hotel was located very close to M1 Lima Metro station, which make it very accessible to get to popular places. And it is also very close to a lot of shops and restaurants, that was another plus. The room was space, cozy, and clean. One little critique was that the rom can be a bit hot in the winter. I had to open the windows sometimes. The breakfast downstairs had good variety of food options, too. Lastly, the staffs at the front desk were friendly and truly helpful. They provided good restaurants, transportation info, and tips and tricks for travelers, which made my time in Milan so much greater.

Location is perfect ( 1 minute walk from a main line direct to centre of Milan and both Exhibition Grounds) Staff were beyond helpful even in advance of my stay; advising and helping with transport to and from the airport. (ALL of ) The staff/ team continued to be helpful through the duration of my stay and seemed genuinely interested in my activities, recommended things to do and see. Received free room upgrade; despite the room being small it was modern, very well equipped and extremely clean.

Room was neat for a 1 person stay. The windows were located on the inner courtyard. No doors for the toilet, which was a bit weird, but for a 1 person stay totally normal. Good price-performance.
